1. Cancellation Policy
A. General Services (Training / Consultancy / Corporate Programs)
Cancellation must be submitted in writing via official email.
- More than 14 working days before service commencement – 100% refund (excluding admin fees).
- 7–14 working days before service commencement – 50% refund.
- Less than 7 working days before service commencement – No refund.
For subscription or retainer services, written notice is required at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused service periods.
B. HRDC Claimable Training
- Cancellation must comply with HRDCorp guidelines.
- Minimum 14 working days written notice required.
- Late cancellation may result in forfeiture of HRDC claim and full fee payable.
- No-show participants are fully chargeable.
- Any HRDC penalties due to employer non-compliance shall be borne by the employer.
C. Online Course / Webinar
- Once login access or materials are issued – strictly non-refundable.
- No refund for failure to attend live sessions.
- Technical issues on participant’s end are not eligible for refund.
- Replacement participant allowed with prior written notice before the session starts.
2. Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.
Non-refundable items include administrative fees, downloaded materials, completed consultancy deliverables, and services already rendered.
3. Dispute Resolution
- Written complaint must be submitted within 7 working days of the issue.
- The Company will respond within 7–10 working days after internal review.
- If unresolved, both parties agree to amicable negotiation or mediation in Malaysia.
All matters are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
4. Chargebacks
Clients must contact the Company before initiating any bank chargeback. Unnotified chargebacks may result in suspension of services and submission of evidence to financial institutions.
5. Amendments
Erada Solutions Sdn Bhd reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The latest version will be published on the official website.
