By engaging our services, registering for training, or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
Erada Solutions Sdn Bhd provides corporate training, consultancy, workshops, and online programmes. The scope of services will be defined in the official quotation, proposal, or invoice.
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required prior to service commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services.
- All fees quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. HRDC Claimable Programmes
- Employers are responsible for accurate and timely HRDC grant applications.
- The Company does not guarantee HRDC claim approval.
- If claims are rejected due to employer error, the full training fee remains payable.
5. Intellectual Property
All training materials, slides, recordings, and content remain the intellectual property of Erada Solutions Sdn Bhd and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in any programme. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
7. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or technical disruptions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
